    A new definition of time:

Time is a contractual quantity that is used by a chronographer (human) using a timer (clockwise rotation; the rotation of the earth around the sun, etc.) to express

the duration of a process (trend, changes ,etc.). 

 Time can never go back, because the return of time definitely requires a complete return of whole space, and because this return requires

infinite energy,

it is impossible to return to the past.
